Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship all over the world. For orders being placed outside Canada and the US, please email shop@jb-sport.com for shipping options and rates.

Can you expedite shipping?

Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. Please contact us at shop@jb-sport.com before placing your order if you need an item by a specific date. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

How do I know if my order has shipped?

When your order is placed, you will receive an order summary and confirmation email to the address provided. When the order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. Please note that when the free untracked shipping option is selected, your order will not include a tracking number and your order will be mailed with a stamp. Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us. 


Do you accept custom design orders?

Yes! Please contact us at shop@jb-sport.com if you're interested in a custom order.


Can I return or exchange my piece? 

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note all custom and sale pieces are a final sale.


How do I care for my jewellery?

See our Materials & Care for information and instructions on how to care for your jewellery. We offer foam jewellery cleaner that comes with a toothbrush to clean your jewellery within Canada. Please contact us at shop@jb-sport.com if you're interested in purchasing cleaner.


What materials do you work with?

Our pieces are made using sterling silver. We do not plate our work. If you're interested in ordering a piece in 10k gold, please reach out at shop@jb-sport.com.


Can I order a single earring?

Yes! The charge for a single earring is half of the retail price. To order, please email shop@johannabrierley.com.
